Everything on the platform — competitions, timers, registration, scoring, classes and club management — is free to use, during the beta and after it. There are no monthly fees, ever. The one thing BowStrike ever charges is a small 5% of entry fees or dues you choose to collect through the site — and even that is 0% until 12/25/2026.
Archers use every BowStrike tool for free — the practice timer, scoring, your scoring log, results and the event calendar cost nothing, now or ever.
Entry fees are set by the club running the shoot and go to that club — BowStrike keeps only its 5% of what you collect through the site (0% during the beta).
It means the platform is real and in use, not a demo — clubs are running actual shoots on it — but it is still being built out, and some of it will change based on what people tell us. If something is broken or missing, saying so is the fastest way to get it fixed.

No. You never need a card just to use BowStrike. A payout account (via Stripe) only comes into it if you choose to collect entry fees or dues through the site — and that money goes to your bank, not ours.
No. The archer tools are free during the beta and free afterwards. The 5% only ever touches money a club collects through the site.
